Polo advice the board of f Hearts of Oak to sack Samuel Boadu if he cannot turn things around

Former Hearts Of Oak coach, Mohammed Polo has advised the hierarchy of the club to review the performance of current coach Samuel Boadu and if possible sack him.

The Phobians have had a difficult start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League after annexing it last season.

They are yet to pick a win after the opening four games. They drew goalless with Legon Cities before securing a 1-1 stalemate with WAFA on match day 2. Again, they were held in a 1-1 draw by Aduana Stars last weekend.

Hearts succumbed to a 2-0 defeat in the hands of AshantiGold on Sunday at the Len Clay Stadium.

Expressing his views on the current state of the club, Polo – a legend of the Phobians – indicated that Boadu should up his performance to change the fortunes of the club.

“Review Samuel Boadu’s work as soon as possible, if he cannot turn around the current run of poor form he should be sacked. If he can’t bounce back just give him the sack,” Polo told Akoma FM.

Polo further stated that the former Medeama gaffer lacks experience and the tactical knowledge to prove he is well versed in terms of coaching.

The question still remains that, Mohammed Polo interested in the job. We all remember that he has been in the position before but didn’t play any better football with his line up.

The players at his disposal that time is far better than those around right now. The team looks prepared but lack the confidence and tactical approach to win matches.

Sacking should not be a word coming from the mouth of a gaffer who have started his business as a renowned coach. If he is staying that in terms of the scoreline that came the way of the team, then he needs to take a break.

What at all did he win for Hearts when he took charge as the coach. He was the worse coach to come in as an ex- player of the club. Due to his performance the opportunity have never been given to no other former player of the club.
