Tottenham has announced a £150 million cash injection to help Antonio Conte

Spurs have stated that they will invest an additional £150 million this summer to "invest in the club on and off the pitch."

Spurs owner Daniel Levy and the ENIC group claim the move will help them "improve on-field performance while also ensuring long-term financial security."

Manager Antonio Conte has declined to commit to Spurs for next season until he has spoken with the club, but this revelation will offer the Italian and the north London club additional bargaining power in the transfer market.

"With the announcement that Tottenham has invested £150 million in the club's shares, the club is obviously backing Antonio Conte in the transfer market this summer."

"They'll be looking for goalkeepers, center backs, wing backs, central midfielders, and strikers." It's possible that six or seven players will show up.

They'll have to strike the correct balance with their homegrown talent. There is currently an imbalance in this region.

"Conte wants more depth in the squad, as well as experienced players, which is a change from prior years, when Spurs focused on younger players."
