Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini concedes they were poor for rout to Sassuolo.
La Dea lost 2-1 on Sunday, with Gasperini surrendering they weren't sufficient on the day.
"I pivoted the squad since playing away in Europe on Thursday and afterward again on Sunday evening is difficult," he said.
"I needed new legs, yet we didn't have the quality and accuracy required. It was an open game in the main half, we made a cumbersome blunder on the gaol with the counter-assault and I really anticipated better.
"We've done quite severely in the last part of the time in Serie A for some, reasons, including wounds and international duty. We were seldom ready to keep up with that seriousness over the different rivalries."
He added: "The intersection is Thursday (RB Leipzig). If we somehow happened to arrive at the Europa League semi-last, that would be a decent accomplishment for the season. On the off chance that that doesn't occur, there are seven games left in Serie An and we want to do something uniquely amazing to meet all requirements for Europe."
