It is gradually turning into an interesting season as far as the Ghana Premier League is concerned with 26 games played so far.
One of the interesting parts and especially for the fans of Hearts Of Oak is that the team is on top of the league for the first time in five years after defeating Techiman Eleven Wonders on Friday.
The second position on the Ghana Premier League table is Hearts' rivals Kumasi AsanteKotoko who are actually on the same points as Hearts with goals separating the two.
It tells us that the two most decorated and biggest clubs in the country are on form as compared to previous years and it's good for our football.
One of the benefits that could add to our game is the reincarnation of the love people have for the game. Both clubs have got a large following in Ghana which could heavily bring back the love as the association has always preached for.
Also, their current firm could enhance Ghana's performance in both the CAF Champions League and the Confederations cup if we have both representing on that highest level.
It will be to the benefit of all if we support these clubs and the league as we continue to bring back the love.
