My Boys Are Gradually Understanding my Philosophy - Former Hearts Assistant Coach

Former Hearts of Oak assistant trainer and the current head coach of Aduana Stars, Joseph Asare Bediako says, his charges are gradually assimilating his tactics.

The “Ogya Boys” have won their last four matches on the trot after a moderate start to the season. Their week seven clash against, Great Olympics produced a 1-0 victory in their favour at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park on Sunday. A well worked out goal was started by former Asante Kotoko winger, Emmanuel Gyamfi with á quickly taken corner kick to Abass Mohammed. Abass Mohammed sent in thudding cross which was headed home by Bright Adjei with just a minute and 30 seconds played.

Prior to beating Great Olympics, they recorded wins against Real Tamale United, Legon Cities FC and West Africa Football Academy in weeks four to six. Asare Bediako talked about his team’s understanding of his tactics after their victory against Great Olympics.

“I will say I thank my players because they played to the instructions I gave them. “We have been doing this in training since last two weeks. “I think they are now understanding my philosophy of possession football and other things. “So we have to come to training and do positional play and that they are coping with it,” Joseph Asare Bediako said. The two time Ghana champions are away to AshantiGold in week eight at the Len Clay Stadium on Wednesday, December 5.
