In a previous article, we listed a couple of football stats that seemed fake but were actually real. The feedback was actually amazing so we decided to make the second part of the list. Take a look at the most interesting facts in football that sound fake;
- Paul Scholes had an average 3 assists per season. Hm
- Zlatan Ibrahimovic has never won the Champions League. He has played for over 7 clubs. That’s bad considering his caliber.
- Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo have the exact same age gap as their 2 sons. Both pairs are born 869 days apart.
- Manager Roy Hodgson is older than The Santiago Bernabeu; by 127 days.
- Theo Walcott has more UCL goals than Zidane and Ronaldo. Theo has 15, whilst Zidane and R9 has 14. Impressive ain’t it?
- Bendtner didn’t sell a single shirt with his name whilst he was at Juventus. Just imagine.
- Dani Alves is the most decorated footballer player in history, with 42 trophies. But can that record be held for long?
- Barcelona rejected Alphonso Davies because “He was Canadian”.
Hope you enjoyed it? Which one suprised you? Let’s hear in the comments section. Also, let’s know which fact you’d want to be included in our next write up.
