Sad news hits Dade Ayew over his EPL ambition

Ghana Black Stars captain, Andrew Dede Ayew, was hoping to secure a Premier League qualification for his team Swansea FC.

However, his dream has been crushed following his team's painful defeat in the EPL playoff Saturday afternoon.

Swansea FC lost to Brentford by two goals to nil at the Wembly Stadium for the only remaining EPL promotion ticket.

Goals from Ivan Toney and Emiliano Marcondes in the first half were enough to secure Premier League qualification for Thomas Frank's side.

Ayew has had an incredible season for Swansea and sometimes getting them vital goals.

He secured a total of 17 goals for Swansea in the Championship this season.

The experienced striker also failed to lead his team to qualified for the premiership last season.

With Swansea failing to qualify to play the EPL next season, enormous pressure would be brought to bear on Ayew to leave the club for top-flight football elsewhere.
