
Although the squad list for Ghana’s senior men national team, the Black Stars is yet to be released, many football pundits and sources have alleged on the names that could be included in the squad ahead of the world cup in Qatar this month.
One of the names that has been speculated to be in the squad is Alidu Seidu. The 22 year old defender plays in the French Ligue 1 for Clermont foot and made his debut for the Black Stars in June this year.
Speaking about his potential inclusion in the Black Stars squad list, the defender assured that he is going to give his best for the country. He said “For me, the dream is to play. I won’t say because it’s the national team and it’s big, I have to put pressure on myself. I was called to the national team because of how I play for my club so I try to do the same thing or give my best to the national team”.
The Black Stars will start its world cup campaign against Portugal on November 24th.
