We do not have a player like Asamoah Gyan: Coach Milo highlights on the Black Stars dilemma at AFCON

The Senior National team of Ghana is currently in crisis, due to the bad performance they have exhibited so far in the world cup qualifiers and most importantly, the African Cup of Nations. It is alarming as to how a scary team has totally been lowered to the ground. The fangs of that fiery predator is no more, we are indeed toothless and it hurts so much.

In the year 2010, there was a certain coach who led the Black Stars to a cascade of victorious games. The memories he left stills lingers in our brains and I am sure it is the reason why they reappointed him. Well, I was not in favor of that idea but my thoughts were never going to count.

The players we had in 2010 is different from the ones we have now. They were quite skilled and determined unlike the ones we have at the moment. They could shield the coach by sustaining his one goal project unlike this current team. This has got people criticizing Coach Milo for his weak and archaic tactics.

Gary Al-Smith is a Ghanaian sports journalist who has got the social media heated with a post he made, concerning the problems at the camp of the black stars. I would say all credits to Joy Sports for disclosing this important news.

Well, Coach Milo is attributing the failure of the Black Stars in performing to many factors. He claims some of them is due to miscommunication and also, he didn't have enough time to prepare the team.

Two of the shocking ones, is the fact that, he is telling Ghanaians that this team isn't like the 2010 team and, we do not have a player like Asamoah Gyan. This surely gives an indication that we are doomed.

For a coach to say his team isn't venomous like that in 2010 clearly tells us to lower our expectations. I don't understand why he is making excuses on not getting a sharp striker like Asamoah Gyan.

He was given time to select the best players so that shouldn't be an excuse. Ladies and gentlemen, listening to him, I can tell for a fact that, we might be extending our 40 year trophy drought.
