Spanish born Ghanaian striker confirms nationality switch, now eligible to feature for Ghana

Athletico Bilbao striker Inaki William completes his nationality switch from Spanish to Ghanaian. The Spanish born Ghanaian is now eligible to feature for the black stars of Ghana after this nationality switch

The striker who previously granted interview and voiced out that he feel more Spanish than being a Ghanaian so he will not like to take the chance from others who are fully Ghanaians. This statement fumed a lot of Ghanaians. Her mother also came out and publicly said that he cannot bear the insults Ghanaians will rain on his son and the family if something bad happens, citing Asamoah Gyan as an example

After visiting Ghana after the season with his brother Nico Williams, a lot of sources said discussion about the possibility of featuring for the black stars took place.
