As the season has ended, the transfers is still ongoing. Some clubs eager to sign the best players to make their team strong. We'll be looking at the top transfer stories of the week with some news from Chelsea, Barcelona, Roma and more.
Gini Wijnaldum is set to join Barcelona on a contract until June 2024.
Roma are eyeing a potential loan deal for Real Madrid winger Eden Hazard. The Italian club are hoping to arrange a reunion between the Belgian and Jose Mourinho - the former Chelsea boss who will be taking charge at Stadio Olimpico this summer. The Blues have been tipped to try and re-sign Hazard, but it has been suggested that Real would prefer a loan deal, leaving Roma in a strong position.
With Jadon Sancho seemingly heading out of Borussia Dortmund, Eurosport reports that the Bundesliga giants want Callum Hudson-Odoi as a replacement on the flanks. One England international could replace another, with a product of Chelsea's academy system not guaranteed a starting berth under Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.
Barcelona have held positive talks with Mino Raiola over the signing of Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan this summer. Borussia Dortmund have set their eyes on Marc-André ter Stegen.
Willian desires a Chelsea return as his brief stint at Arsenal already appears to be coming to an end. The Brazilian has also been connected to Inter Miami of MLS, but joining the Blues would present a greater opportunity to play on big stages. However, Thomas Tuchel's attacking options are plentiful and the 32-year-old could struggle to find regular playing time over the likes of Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz and Mason Mount, among others.
