"We are positive about the wind blowing through the Black Stars Camp" - GFA Boss

President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku, has asked Ghanaians not to be discouraged because he believes the Black Stars will qualify to the World Cup.

According to him, with the emergence of a new coach, good things are happening in the senior national team.

He further indicated that no Ghanaian should be disappointed because we have lost one of the World Cup Qualifiers match because he has faith we will still qualify to Qatar 2022.

Mr. Kurt Okraku in an interview with Peace Power Sports said;

"We all know Ghanaians love football and in Ghana our flagship product is Black Stars. Everyone wants Black Stars to qualify for the AFCON and win it, everyone wants BlackStars to go to the World Cup. Obviously if things aren't going well people will be concerned but we should stay positive".

He stated that we have four more matches to go so there's still hope for the team.

"So far we've played two games, won one and lost one. We have four more games to play, I think the team will play two matches thia weekend and as team supporters we're very positive about the wind blowing through the camp," the Ghana FA Boss added.
