Thomas Partey born Thomas Teye Partey is a Ghanaian midfielder. He is twenty eight years of age. He currently plays for English side, Arsenal. He was fornerly an Athletico Madrid player in Spain. He was born in Accra, Ghana but spent most of his life in Spain. His father admitted him into the Athletico Madrid Junior side and so he grew there. He is currently the deputy captain of the Ghanaian National Team. Due to lack of playing time lately in Madrid, he decided to join Arsenal.
He has managed with his teammates to keep Arsenal in the Europa League. They face Villareal in the semi final to see if they can push on to win. His calm and friendly behaviour has made earned him a lot of friendly. One of these friends is Saul Niguez, the Athletico Madrid player. They grew up together and are still friends despite Thomas’ move to Arsenal.
Saul Niguez at press conference prior to their match tonight shared his thoughts on what Thomas needs as a player. He explained that he could become one of the best in the world. Saul Niguez said,"As a player, he is incredible.If he keeps his consistency, he can be one of the best in the world".
