Football Forecasts and Tips for the first Saturday of the month (2nd April, 2022).

Don’t forget to follow and share for more updates It thrills me a lot to provide Football Forecasts and Tips for the giant European leagues. I am excited they are back to action and there are plenty of matches available for selection. However, I have carefully selected these games as I believe they have higher success potentials than the ones I didn’t choose. Good luck as you make your selections for today’s games.

1. Liverpool vs Watford

Liverpool are in an excellent form as they have won 9 straight matches. They will top the Premier League table temporarily by winning Watford.

Watford on the hand have found themselves in a relegation battle as they are just 3 points above the relegation zone. From the history between these two teams, Watford finds it very difficult to score goals in 6 of their last 7 away visits to Anfield. Againa, Liverpool have beaten Watford in all their last 7 matches at home.

Liverpool to win with a -1 Handicap @1.45 or Liverpool to win and over 2.5 goals @1.48 are my best picks. My value pick is Liverpool to win and over 3.5 goals @2.15

2. Burnley vs Manchester City

Burnley have found themselves at the 19th position of the Premier League table after loosing 3 straight matches. They need 4 points to come out of the red zone.

Manchester City may come down to 2nd position by the time they visit Burnley after Liverpool’s match. They drew their last match against Crystal Palace and will desperately want to get back to winning ways especially now that Liverpool is on their neck. Looking at the past meetings between these two teams, Man City have not conceded any goal from Burnley in their 5 previous meetings.

I think the trend will continue today so I am tipping Manchester City to win @1.26 as my safest bet and Manchester City win to nil @1.78 as my value bet.
