GHANA vs ZIMBABWE: Starting lineup for this second leg encounter

The black-stars of Ghana need 3 points to speed with top-of-the-table South Africa in the race for a 2022 World Cup spot in Qatar and the team will go all out to win again against Zimbabwe.

The Black Stars re-appointed Milovan Rajevac last two weeks and made a very good impression in his first match back with the 3-1 win against Zimbabwe on Saturday. The Serbian coach will be hoping for a similar outcome in today's encounter.

With very good performances in the last match, Milovan decided to mix up his team in today's encounter with Benjamin Tetteh and Baba Idrissu making the starting lineup.

Here's the starting lineup for today's encounter;

16. WOLACOTT JOSEPH(GK)

18. DANIEL AMARTEY (Defender)

17. BABA ABDUL RAHMAN (Defender)

23. ALEXANDER DJIKU (Defender)

4. JONATHAN MENSAH (Defender)

21. BABA IDDRISU (Defender)

5. THOMAS PARTEY (c) (Midfielder)

9. JORDAN AYEW (Striker)

22. SULEYMANA KAMALDEEN (Wide forward)

20. KUDUS MOHAMMED (Midfielder)

3. BENJAMIN TETTEH (Striker)

We are anyway wagering on the guests to win triumph because of their exceptionally gifted assaulting line-up.

The two groups have battled multiple times previously. Ghana have more successes with four triumphs amazingly.

Two of the past matches finished with the two groups sharing the riches, while the hosts won in just one case. Ghana are presently on a winless run, and anything shy of winning could mean they are out of the competition to meet all requirements for Qatar 2022. Ghana have had the option to win two of their last five games.
