[PHOTOS]: Two players undergoing medicals at Asante Kotoko; Check them out

Reports have emerged in the local media that two top players in the local league are currently having their medicals with Kumasi-based Asante Kotoko as they look to secure a permanent move to the Porcupine Warriors.

According to a media report filed by Kumasi-based Silver FM, Karela United midfielder Emmanuel Keyeke and former Ashanti Gold defender Yusif Mubarik are both undergoing medicals at the club.

Keyeke's deal with Karela is reported to have run out, thus making him a free agent to join any club of his choice.

Head coach of the side Maxwell Konadu is reported to be a huge admirer of the player and will relish an opportunity to work with him.

Mubarik, on the other hand, ended his stay with Obuasi Ashanti Gold as both parties went their separate ways after failing to extend his stay.

Sources claim Kotoko will soon announce the signing of the duo to a long-term contract in the coming days as they bounce back to training ahead of the CAF Champions League and the Premier League.
