Hearts of Oak has been the oldest club in Ghana since time memorial making sure that everything is going on well for them. Recently, it has not been easy for them as a club and still limping as a newly promoted club. Togbe Afede XIV is trying to step in his position to dictate for the players and coaches together with the management.
The team already have their own supporters chairman in the name of Elvis Hesse Herman. But due to some disagreement tge supporters had with the board members in some decisions to change coaches from the beginning of the season to the end of the first round of the season. The supporters stood up to intervene onbehalf of the coaches, because they pick this coaches because of their own interest at one corner. The board saw some threat in whatever they are doing and plan to do away with the NCC Chairman.
Saying all these the Chairman have send a letter to apologise for what they did as supporters and management. Elvis, resign on his own locus given the board a tall task to employ another experience Chairman by ignoring the apology from the former Chairman.
We are now hoping to see whoever that person may be, if he get the balls to handle the Chapters of the club in Ghana. It will be challenging if Togbe Afede XIV picks someone from his own corner and make him the overall head. The die hard supporters will make his office uncomfortable for him with some pressure and decisions to make him make mistakes.
Coleman the Operations Manager for the club, was sacked due to the same pattern of the board to get him out of the post.
