The Ghanaian version of the Classico is slated for 28th February 2021.
The Ghana Football Association made a huge statement regarding Ghana's version of the classico which was supposed to take place on 28th of February 2021. The changes was effected due to Kotoko's engagement in the CAF confederations cup.
Kotoko faces Algerian side ES SETIF next. Kotoko has the chance to redeem themselves after being dumped out of the CAF champions league on medical grounds after they failed to raise the required number of players as enshrined in the new CAF Covid 19 rules.
By this virtue, it means the protest made by Asante Kotoko regarding the qualification of Al Hillal will be rendered null and void, so is Fc Noudhibou's protest against Kotoko. ES Setif is a strong side and Kotoko needs to be at their best if they want to qualify for the next stage of the competition..
Anyway all hands are on deck for the famous Ghanaian Classica.
