The black stars of Ghana have yet again failed to make an impressive mark in their just ended friendly match against Côte d'Ivoire which came to a close just a few hours ago. This follows their defeat in yet another friendly match just a few days ago against Morocco.
The game ended without a goal from both sides. Both sides had strong lineups but, a combination of resilient defence and wasteful finishes saw the game ending in a stalemate. The games saw the likes of Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Andrew Ayew, Thomas partey and Chelsea 'loanee' Abdul Baba Rahman, all being handed starts. The attack was led by Mohammed Kudus and Jordan Ayew.
This goalless draw means the black stars are without a win in their last two matches.
Senegalese referee Douada Gueye had been appointed to take charge of the friendly match.
