Kotoko and the teams in the league congratulates their players who earned a call to the national team.
The teams in the local league are singing songs of praises to their player who earned a place in coach CK Akonnor's 25 man squad for the Afcon qualifiers.
Understandably so, Kumase Asante Kotoko was the team which have most of their players called comparatively to the other premier league sides. Six players of Kotoko received the call.
For this sake, teams have congratulated and wished their players well when they finally return to the camp as players of the senior national team the Black Stars of Ghana.
These players are posted on the official social media handles of the various teams. Indeed this is their time and they can enjoy it while it lasts.
This call up does so much to the confident of the local based players. The reputation of the Ghana premier league is also enhanced.
