Ghana will face lower ranked side Nicaragua today as part of preparations for the World Cup. The Black Stars were thrashed by 3 goals to nil by a dominate Brazil side and will be hoping to bounce back today as they face Nicaragua.
According to sources close to the camp, Coach Otto Addo is expected to make crucial changes to the side as he experiments on what tactical formations will suit the squad.
Coach Otto Addo used a 4-1-4-1 formation in the first half against Brazil and this led to serious gaps behind the midfield that was overly exploited by the Brazilian side. The Coach then changed the formation to a 3-4-1-2 formation in the second half and that was able to give Ghana some level of control for a brief period.
It is expected that Otto Addo adopts a 3-5-2 formation today and that could also mean one of Jordan and Dede Ayew get to start from the bench while Inaki Williams and Mohammed Salisu are expected to start the game.
