In major tournaments, if there is a debacle, it is obvious that there will be a backlash at certain personalities, especially leaders of that very activity.
In most tournaments, there have been criticisms especially after failing to perform. Recently, we have seen Afriyie Ankrah, Sena Dansoaa, Isaac Asiamah and Mahama Ayariga come under hot criticisms.
Why is it that in the case of Mustapha Hamid, there is an effort to paint him clean by using tribal and religious instincts.
Above all, the claim that he is not paying journalists to speak good for him is a non-starter. Woeful performances need to be talked about.
"This Principled Northerner and Muslim young Sports Minister is not CORRUPT. His record at NSS is there to show.
"When i was in Ghana I realized, he was not ready to tolerate the nonsense of giving state monies to journalists to shut them up.
"So when you see or hear some journalists ranting against him remember he doesn't pay. Mustapha On' Tua today or tomorrow" - Opeele Boateng
