The Ghana Premier League is one of the most recognized football leagues in Africa and also the world. Before a team can join the Premier League, it needs to graduate from zonals, to divisions before joining the league.

His name is Gideon Obeng Kyeremeh. He was born on 14th December, 2003.
Currently he is 17 years old.
He became the youngest player to ever feature in the Ghana Premier League when he made his debut on 6th November 2017 against Berekum Chelsea, aged 13 years, 10 months and 22 days.
He was just 13 years when he played in the Ghana Premier League.
The team he played in was Aduana Stars in 2007. He only made four appearances in Aduana Stars. He was in the club for 2 years and scored one precious goal for the team.
He plays forward as his preferred position.
From Aduana Stars he moved to moved to Berekum Chelsea where he played only one game there which was his debut.
Currently he plays with BA Stars in the Brong Ahafo region.
This makes him he youngest player ever to make his debut in the Ghana Premier League.
Most teams prefer to have more young players in their team rather than the rest. These young players are quite not experienced as those who are old but these young players can be trained to be better players one day. Older players will surely leave and what becomes of the team. This is why teams prefer young players so that the teams can have a future one day.
