PHOTOS: GFA President Kurt Okraku Appointed WAFU B President.

Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku has officially been appointed as president of the West Africa Football Union B.

Kurt Okraku takes over from Nigerian Alhaji Djibrilla Hima Hamidouv who stepped down after being in charge since 2018, with Kurt now serving as President of WAFU B.

The federation held the congress in Accra with the other federation where this huge decision was made.

Kurt Okraku has been the president of the Ghana Football Association for nearly two years now, taking off from Mr. Kwesi Nyantekyi after the Anas number twelve expose which distorted football in the country.

Under Okraku's administration, Ghana has once again qualified for the Africa Cup Of Nations which will be held in Cameroon next.

The next assignment is to qualify the country for the World Cup in Qatar and win the AFCON which has eluded Ghana for nearly 40 years.

Already, the National Under 20 team won the AFCON in Mauritania under Kurt Okraku's administration.
