DFA Official Speaks On Nationality Switch Of Foreign-Based Players To Play For The Black Stars.

As we know already Ghana is looking forward to a lot of players switching their nationality to play for the Black Stars in the upcoming World Cup including the likes of Eddie Nketiah, Tariq Lamptey, Hudson Odoi, and others. But some points people are raising is that these players must play for Ghana before the World Cup.

This is because they want to see how they can merge with the team and also know how best they can play on the African continent before they are carried to the World Cup in Qatar. An executive committed member of the GFA in the name of Dr, Randy Abbey has spoken about it on Original FM and he highlighted the need for the players to play before they are accepted by the Black Stars proper.

He said it depends on the coach's decision to use them as he wishes as he can tell the players he would need them. He also added that the larger the pool of the players the better and also that communications are going on but they have not been put out yet.
