President for King Faisal Babes, Alhaji Karim Grunsah has called on Black Stars trainer Charles Kwabla Akonnor to meanly renounce from the job.

CK Akonnor has come under pressure following the Black Stars deep performance in their last two games in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana secured three points out of a possible six against Ethiopia and South Africa but churned out an uninspiring performance in the two games.
The last game against South Africa which the outfit lost has led to the trainer coming under fire from the media and some nuts.

According to Alhaji Grunsah, CK Akonnor isn’t fit for the job and must renounce incontinently.
“ CK Akonnor should esteem himself and renounce from the job than to be sacked ”, he told Odiasempa Kwame Oware on Wamputu Sports on Happy98.9 FM.
Alhaji added that he still holds the view that CK Akonnor isn’t fit for the Black Stars.
“ The GFA won’t compromise with CK and viceversa. When we appointed CK Akonnor I said he ca n’t do the job but a born trainer should be appointed ”.
