Mrs Jean Mensa, the chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) declared Nana Addo Dankwa Akufu Addo as president of the 4th Republic of Ghana, even though John Mahama and his party executive has refused to accept defeat.
He won the election massive by pulling a result of 6,730,413 that generate a percentage of 51.6% whilst his opponent John Dramani Mahama who pulls his ear got 6,214889, that generate him persentage of 47.6%.
Due to that, NPP party father, John Agyekum Kufuor has taken the victory to his Twitter page in order to congratulate his party flag bearer, saying he deserves the victory.
Currently, he is now the third 4th republic president who will be on power for eight years. After the late president Jerry John Rawlings and NPP father John Agyekum Kufuor.
