World Cup Draw Pots Are Set On Friday

The 2022 World Cup draw pots are set to take place on Friday after the last run of games.

USMNT and Mexico were the last nations to book their ticket to make to the mundial in Qatar.

The Senior Soccer Team, the Black Stars of Ghana are set in Pot 4. According to FIFA world rankings, the teams in pot 4 which involves Canada, Cameroun, Saudi Arabia, Ecuador, Ghana, Wales or Scotland or Ukraine, Costa Rica or New Zealand, Peru or Australia or United Arab Emirates contains the lowest ranked nations and as a results, given the fourth slot.

One team will be selected from each of the pots into the groups.

The other pots which includes pot 1, pot 2, and pot 3 are made up of the following teams.

Pot 1:

Brazil

Belgium

France

Argentina

England

Spain

Portugal


Pot 2: 

Mexico

United States

Netherlands

Denmark

Germany

Uruguay

Switzerland

Croatia


Pot 3: 

Senegal

IR Iran

Japan

Poland

Tunisia

The draw ceremony will start at 4 p.m. GMT, in Doha, Qatar, on Friday.
