GPL update: 5 players who could join Asante Kotoko next season

Ghana Premier League, GPL champions Asante Kotoko are lining up deals to improve on their squad for next season as they hope to do even better in the next campaign.

Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum has announced that they will look to improve on their squad for the next campaign to propel them to higher glories next season.

The Porcupines are lining up deals for two goalkeepers, Boris Mandjui Junior of Medeama SC and Iddrisu Abdulai of Bechem United on their list.

Asante Kotoko also have on their radar former Ghana international Emmanuel Agyeman Badu who is a free agent and has expressed his willingness to play for the Porcupines again.

The 2021/22 Ghana Premier League, GPL champions have also been linked with another former Ghana international Rabiu Mohammed who is also a free agent with the midfielder willing to play for the u club he grew up supporting.

Another former Ghana international, Afriyie Acquah, has also popped up on the table for the Porcupines with the player also a free agent after ending his stay in Turkey.

Ghana's all time scorer Asamoah Gyan is also a target for the Porcupines as the player has said he will like to end his career at the Garden City club.

These, will be some interesting signings for the Porcupines who are hoping to improve on their form of last season.
