“I Will be Better With More Game Time” - Hearts of Oak Midfielder

Hearts of Oak attacking midfielder, Gladson Awako has said that with more game time, he will come good for the Phobians.

The former Great Olympics midfielder was adjudged the MVP in Hearts of Oak’s 1-0 win over Medeama in week 23 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday. The 31-year-old spoke to StarTimes after their slim victory.

“I know it’s been a while and it hasn’t been easy, I haven’t been myself. “But gradually, as I keep getting game time, I’m going to be at the top there, they are still going to enjoy me. “So it’s a good win for us and which next week we are going to play another difficult game. “So this game is a step to the Sunday’s game,” Gladson Awako told StarTimes.

“As a player you need to assess yourself because we have loads of quality in the team and you need to respect the coach’s decisions, you need to respect his choices. “So as a player I keep working hard to just wait for my time and I’m happy I got a little time today.” Awako added. Awako has played 14 games with a goal under his sleeves for the 21 time league champions.
