Bofoakwa Tano FC have signed a mouth watering medical partnership agreement with Health Lane Hospital, a private health facility in Sunyani in the Bono Region.
The former giant in Ghana football who now plays in the Division One League have entrusted all their health requirements at the footsteps of Healthlane with this agreement, which twill see the hospital take charge of the medics for the upcoming 2020/2021 season.
Mr. Evans Prempeh who acted as the CEO of the Club and signed the agreement was excited for this opportunity to get the support of the hospital in this regard.
"We are excited to continue our relationship with Healthlane Hospital while we expect it to go beyond where we have reached now in order to reap mutual benefits," he said.
The CEO of the hospital, Dr. Kofi Asare highlighted the significance of providing proper medical care for athletes, and encouraged club managers to take that aspect of the game very seriously.
"Medical care is an important aspect of sports in general so we welcome the initiative from Bofoakwa Tano FC to seek proper medical care", he said.
He continued, "On our part we will put our expertise at your disposal to ensure proper development of the actors of the game"
The one-year contract is subject to renewal.
The Division One League is earmarked to commence in January, 2021 and Bofoakwa is leaving no stone unturned in returning to the Premier League this time round after being in the wilderness for more than a decade.
