Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly submitted an offer to sign Barcelona attacker Memphis Depay in the summer window.

The Netherlands international only arrived in Barcelona from Lyon less than 12 months ago and has amassed 10 goals and two assists in 19 La Liga games for the Barcelona team so
far.

When Xavi arrived at Barcelona in the Autumn of 2021, the team had massive issues. Most of those issues surrounded goalscoring as Memphis Depay was heavily carrying the burden of converting chances on his own.

Depay's deal at Camp Nou is due to expire at the end of next season, though, and his long-term future has been called into question amid his struggles for consistent starts.
Thus is not surprising to see Memphis Depay linked with an exit to Tottenham hotspurs. If reports from Gerard Romero are to be believed, Tottenham Hotspurs have already made an offer for the Barcelona's attacker.
