
According to reports, Barcelona’s new manager Xavi Hernandez has a long term admiration for Man United Forward Marcus Rashford and is confident he can convince him to sign for the club.
Since Rashford’s return from his injury which he sustained during the European Championship,he has been struggling to find form in Manchester United set up.
The 24 year old England international has less than two years left on his contract. Manchester United will try to avoid any loss if they player delays his contract renewal. Even though he comes from their Academy, moving out can not be ruled out.
Pogba is likely to leave on a free transfer this summer and Manchester United will want to avoid a similar situation with Marcus Rashford probably in the year after.
With Rashford's future potentially up in the air, Barcelona are monitoring the situation, and are confident that they could convince the 24year old to move to the Camp Nou.
