Al Alhy were crashed out of the club world cup by last season's European champions, Bayern Munich. The Bavarians dominated most part of the game as the African champions sat back and soaked the incessant pressure, hoping to catch Bayern on the break. However, they were completely outclassed when two goals from Europe's top scorer, Robert Lewandowski decided the outcome of the game.
During the game, Manuel Neuer dubious demeanour sparked some crosstalks. The Bayern goalkeeper was so comfortable in the game that, he traversed all the way to stand at the edge of the centre circle. Check out the picture.
Of course that is a demonstration of his enormous courage, class and comfort on the field. Manuel Neuer also congratulated Al Alhy goalkeeper, Muhammed El Shenawy who made some breathtaking saves to keep his side in the game. Bayern would face Mexican side Tigres UANL on Thursday to decide the final of the competition.
