Chelsea received their shock of the decade as West Bromwich Albion came from behind to stun them in a 5-2 scoreline
Chelsea slumped to a huge loss against a relegation embattled West Bromwich Albion as the top 4 race widens open for West Ham United who go head to head with Wolverhampton Wanderers today.
Despite an earlier goal from Pulisic right after Thiago Silva was sent off at the sight of a second yellow, West Brom even without Conor Gallagher pounced on the home team.
With such a disappointing loss, many fans already are questioning what the cause of the happening really was.
But for Tuchel he believes it’s a usual thing in football and as these players were same players who have gone 14 games without dropping any single point.
Speaking after the game, Tuchel called for trust in the players not to be lost; “After 14 or 15 matches unbeaten we cannot lose our head now and we cannot take away the trust that we have in these players.
“We have to accept it now as our first loss together and it is important to find a way to deal with it all together.”
Chelsea have FC Porto right in the front and a bounce back victory will help erase the hurt of their Saturday disappointing encounter.
