The Black Stars of Ghana made the entire nation proud after beating the South Koreans in their second group game.
The Black Stars nearly sent shockwaves down the spine of the entire Ghanaians after they scored twice but gave away all the goals.
The South Koreans came from two goals down to pull level but the Black Stars pushed hard to earn the winner.
The Black Stars got their three goals from Mohammed Kudus who scored a brace with Southampton defender, Salisu Mohammed Mohammed netting the opener.
The game ended 3-2 in favour of the Black Stars going into the game against Uruguay in the final group H game on Friday.
The Black Stars must win to stand a greater chance of qualifying for the round of sixteen at the World Cup in Qatar. The Black Stars are making their fourth appearance at the global football showpiece after their debut in 2006 in Germany.
