The current Black Stars technical team should be maintained for the world cup.

The Black Stars of Ghana have finally qualified for the world cup in Qatar after a tumultuous qualifying campaign. We were on the verge of missing out but found our groove and eliminated Nigeria via the away goal rule. The team was headed by Otto Addo with assistance from Didi Dramani, George Boateng and former premier league manager Chris Hughton. They did a wonderful job despite all the challenges they faced. They were given the job on an interim basis just for the 2 legged tie against Nigeria. Now that qualification has been secured, what is the way forward for the technical team?

We have just some few months to the tournament in Qatar. I don't subscribe to the suggestion of changing technical direction at this time. I believe that maintaining the current technical team can do the magic for us in Qatar. People are still clamouring for the appointment of Chris Hughton on a permanent basis. I don't believe that. Even if they need to appoint a permanent coach, that should be done after the world cup. Maintaining the current technical crew is the best option for us now.
