Things did not go as planned for Accra Hearts Of Oak as their party got interrupted following a defeat against West Africa Football Academy.
Hearts Of Oak who were playing away from home in Sogakope started the game on a brighter note dominating possession and seeing much of the football.
Despite stamping their authority, the league leaders failed to find the back of the net with the first-half ending in a goalless draw.
The home team led by Prosper Ogum began to impress in the second half and finally got a goal through Atte Youssifou who scored beautiful from a direct free kick in the 62nd minute.
Hearts Of Oak continued to press in such an equalizer but failed to convert any of the chances that were created as the game ended in a defeat for the Phobians.

Despite the defeat, Hearts Of Oak have been officially crowned as the champions of the 2020/21 Ghana League season.
