Ghana's Latest FIFA World Ranking as Brazil Maintains The Top Spot

With the latest updated FIFA World Ranking released - Black Stars of Ghana have declined in previous rankings.

Previously ranked 60th, Ghana now can be found on the 61st [thus - a drop by a place], with five-times world champions - Brazil maintaining their place on the top spot and seconded by Belgium, Argentina, France, England, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark - as the top ten countries.

The four-time Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) winners following this disclosure have surpassed 150 countries - with notable names like Slovenia, Iceland, Jamaica, Bulgaria, Israel, China and others.

In Africa's purview, Ghana is ranked 11th behind reigning champions Senegal - who rocks in the first spot followed by Morocco, Tunisia, Nigeria, Algeria, Egypt, Cameroon, Mali, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.

The latest ranking based on scored points - Brazil has 1841 - 24 more than second-place Belgium, while Ghana settles on 1393 levelled with Panama who takes the 60th position.
