UCL: Likely teams Chelsea could face in the round of 16 if they emerge as Group H winners

Juventus was knocked out of the Champions League after a humiliating 4-1 defeat at the hands of Chelsea on Tuesday.

First-half goals from Nathaniel Chalobah and Reece James were followed by strikes from James and Hudson-odoi in the second and third halves, respectively, until a late goal from Timo Werner, assisted by Hakim Ziyech, clinched Chelsea's triumph.

The Londoners presently sit atop Group A with 12 points, the same as Juventus, who are second, and Zenit St. Petersburg and Malmo FF, who are third and fourth, respectively.

Because they are from the same domestic league, Thomas Tuchel's team will not face Manchester United, Manchester City, or Liverpool in the last 16.

Second-place finishers from other groups are likely to face the Blues in the playoffs if they finish top of Group H.
