Road To Qatar 2022, Will Ghana's Black Stars Go Pass The Quarter Final Stage?

Whenever a global tournament like the World Cup is fast approaching, the only thing Ghanaian football pundits care about is whether their optimistic guesses concerning the progress level of the Black Stars will be actualized, after the tournament is brought to a successful conclusion.

The situation is not different from Ghanaian fans since they share the same thoughts with patriotic Sports analysts who are nothing but well-wishers of the senior national team of Ghana.

As we all know, Ghana has a thing with triumphant wins whenever they are underestimated in tournaments and in relation to this assertion, it's possible the 2022 World Cup tournament will be another stage where the team will have to prove they are actually full of surprises when underated.

Gone are the days when Ghanaians used to look up to one only extremely talented striker or a few players for goals and positive results during tournaments.

The current Black Stars squad has gone past a vulnerable team that used give more reverence to a lone striker, noted for bearing the entire responsibility of goalscoring expertise, and that's one great quality the current generation of footballers in the Black Stars team has been blessed with.

With a blend of German club players and attackers from the Spanish La Liga and English Premier League, it's safe to say Ghana has a squad that is capable of doing wonders with a little push and some level of luck.

As we draw closer to facing a tough Portuguese and Uruguayan squad while we bear in mind we have been equally drawn together with Korea in Group H, the aim of the Ghanaian players primarily rests on whether we can leave the group as toppers or first runners up for a place at the knockout stage of the global football tourney.

However, the ultimate goal of fans and the team is make a more impressive impact by improving upon our past record and that is one thing that should ginger the players to defeat any opponent at the preliminary stage of the competition.

Considering the fact that Ghana has been tipped to revenge both Uruguay and Portugal, it's obvious both critics and African football lovers will be waiting to see Ghana makes it to the semi final stage since they were the latest African team to get close to beating the odds.

In relation to this fact, do you think this could be Ghana's year of transformation, better still the season they will be given another outstanding acknowledgement for their heroic efforts for being African representatives at the World Cup?
