Three Ghanaian players featured in UEFA Champions League game for their respective clubs tonight. The players are Kudus Mohammed (Ajax) Dennis Odoi (Club Brugge) and Kamal Sowah (Club Brugge).


Kudus Mohammed has dominated headlines following an eye-catching goal for Ajax at Anfield. He got the goal to pull parity for Ajax after Mohammed Salah had broken the deadlock for Liverpool. The goal at Anfield becomes Kudus Mohammed second-ever goal in UEFA Champions League. Liverpool won the game 2:1.

Elsewhere in Portugal, Kamal Sowah and Dennis Odoi were in action for Club Brugge as they traveled to FC Porto. Club Brugge demolished snatched full points after putting four balls into the net. Kamal Sowah scored the second goal for Club Brugge.
His goal arrived in 47th minutes which motivated his teammates to push more and got two other goals.
Dennis Odoi and Kudus Mohammed are part of players invited for September friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua. Otto Addo will be counting on them to make an impact as he looks to name a final squad for World Cup.
