Meet the oldest professional player at age 55, scoring astonishing goals.

Miura Kazuyoshi, born on February 26, 1967,often known by his nickname "Kazu," is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Japan Football League team Suzuka Point Getters on loan from Yokohama FC.

From 1990 to 2000, the professional played for the Japan national team, and his efforts did not leave IFFHS officials in any doubt about awarding him the IFFHS Asia footballer of the year. The award changed his career as it made him the first Japanese to attain the title of Asian footballer of the year. He made his debut in the J.League in the year 1993, making him arguably the first superstar in Japanese football history. Kazu is also known for his popular dance, the "kazu dance", which he performs after scoring astonishing goals.

At the age of 55, he held the record for the oldest professional football player as of 2022.
