2022/23 CAF Champions League: Asante Kotoko To Play 4 - 4 - 2 Formation In First Leg

Ghanaian representative in CAF Champions League Asante Kotoko will be playing a 4 - 4 - 2 formation according to the line up presented by the head coach of the club. Coach Seydou Zerbo has named Asante Kotoko’s starting XI against RC Kadiogo of Burkina Faso.

Those who have the opportunity of starting the game are goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim, Christopher Nettey, John Tedeku, Sheriff Moahmmed, Mubarak Yusif, Richard Boadu, Enoch Morrison, Richmond Lamptey George Mfegue and Steven Mukwala and Isaac Oppong.

Per the selection of the coach, Danlad Ibrahim keeps the goal post for the porcupine warriors and he will be guided by Christopher Nettey and Tedeku on the right and left side of defense. Mubarek Yusif and Sheriff Mohammed play as central defenders.

In midfield, skipper Richard Boadu will be deployed as the holding man with Enoch Morrison as the player in front of him.

Isaac Oppong and George Mfegue will operate the flanks while Richmond Lamptey plays behind Steven Mukwala upfront. Richmond Lamptey will be feeding Mukwala balls for goals.
