With El Classico just 5 days to go, bad news have started coming in regarding injuries.
The 32 year Spanish and Real Madrid captain was diagnosed with a calf injury which left the captain set to be out of action for about 4 weeks missing the El Classico and the two UCL games against Liverpool.
As if that was not enough, News coming from Spain indicates that Raphael Varane has been diagnosed with COVID -19 and is set to miss the El Classico on Saturday.
This will come as a big blow to the Spanish giants as the club is preparing to defend the league title in the Spanish flight.
Losing both Central defenders to injury and COVID-19, we are keen to see how ZIDANE will line up against Liverpool and the El Classico on Saturday.
The reports has it that Real Madrid FC will perform more tests on Varane to determine when he may be back in action.
The El Classico will be played in Barcelona stadium; Camp Nou on Saturday 9th April at 7pm GMT. It will be the second time the two teams will be meeting this season having played the first round in Bernabau; Madrid with Barcelona losing to Real Madrid.
