Hearts identified the jersey Numbers 39 of Olympics who goes by the name Joshua Rhule to be unqualified to play in yesterday's game and has written to the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association.
The regulations state that:
"Per Article 33 of the Ghana Football Association Premier League Regulations, a team commits an offense punishable by forfeiture of a match where that team fields an unqualified player."
"If the protest succeeds, the offending team (Great Olympics) shall be considered as having lost the match, and accordingly, three (3) points and three (3) goals shall be awarded" and in this case, it will go to Accra Hearts of Oak.
It will also give Hearts Of Oak the upper hand move back to the top of the Ghana Premier League table.
