Prince Anane strikes as Berekum Chelsea beat Medeama SC to keep unbeaten start to the season

Berekum Chelsea maintained to heir unbeaten start to the season as they won this afternoon's league game with Medeama SC at home.

The Ghanaian Blues, beat Medeama SC 1-0 at the NAB I Park, Dormaa-Ahenkro to record their second win of the campaign as they chase a second Ghanaian top-flight league title.

Prince Anane, scored the lone goal of the game in the 85th minute, to condemn the Yellow and Mauves to their first loss of the campaign.

He also won the most valuable player of the game award for his efforts in this very difficult fixture for the home side.

The win, takes Chelsea's points tally to seven after three games as they move joint top of the stairs together with Aduana FC and Accra Great Olympics.

Berekum Chelsea, will next play Legon Cities in their next game this weekend in an away encounter to be played at the El-Wak Military Sports Stadium in Accra.

Medeama SC will return to the Akoon Park in Tarkwa for the visit of Aduana FC on Sunday as the Matchday Four fixtures are honoured.
