“World Cup Will be Very Tough For The Black Stars” - Former Orlando Pirates Star

Ghana goalkeeper, Fatawu Dauda has said that, the 2022 FIFA World Cup “will be a game of tactics.”

The Black Stars qualified for the global international football festival in Qatar later in November after edging out rivals, Nigeria via an aggregate score line.

The four time AFCON winners settled for a goalless draw in Kumasi before holding their guns in 1-1 draw in the reverse fixture in Abuja.

Ghana are paired in a group alongside two foes, Portugal who beat them at the 2014 mundial and Uruguay who eliminated them at the round 16 in 2010 as well as South Korea.

“Well, different players, different generation of players.

“And then I think we are meeting them again.

“It will be a game of tactics definitely both teams will study how they play and then they will tackle.

“In this game, it’s a game of players who are very intelligent because they will give you a role to play and then you go and play.

“So I think it will be an interesting game because not really that Ghana should go for revenge but that thing will be there.

“So we should just wait and see what happens.” Fatawu Dauda told Radio Gold Sports.
