Barcelona has produced some of the world’s best young football talents over the years. Renowned young players with lot of quality like Takefusa Kubo, Ansu Fati, Gavi Iglesias and Nico Gonzalez are all from the Barcelona academy. One other talented youngster from the Barcelona academy is Xavi Simons.
Xavi Simon is a Dutch-born football player. The nineteen year old had a very good time at Barcelona’s second team before he left. He joined Paris Saint German and has achieved few successes with the French based club. The player was eager for a move out of the club as a result of less playing time. The competition at the club gave him less playing time.
On that note, the nineteen year old has committed his future to Dutch side, PSV Eindhoven. He has signed a five year deal with the club. He was presented by the club this morning in the Netherlands.
