Chelsea's move for Lewandolski prompts Bayern Munich to respond- Checkout response

Robert Lewandowski will not be sold this summer, according to Bayern Munich.

Chelsea are looking for a new striker this summer and have identified Erling Haaland as their top target, despite the fact that the Borussia Dortmund forward is expected to cost at least £150 million.

The holders of the Champions League have been looking for alternatives, and Lewandowski is on their list.

The Poland international, who led the Bundesliga in scoring last season with 41 goals, has just two years left on his Bayern Munich contract, and Chelsea had approached the striker's agent to discuss a possible deal.

However, Bayern president Herbert Hainer, on the other hand, is adamant that Lewandowski will finish his contract and may even extend it for the next two seasons.
